Dear Jesus, I know that I have sinned and that only you can forgive me. I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave on the third day to give me eternal life with you. Jesus, I know you are the only way to God. Jesus, I want to spend eternity with you in heaven forever. I ask you to forgive me of my wrong doing and come live in my heart and be the Lord of my life. Thank you for forgiving me. Please change me and show me how to serve, know and follow you. Jesus, I want a personal relationship with you. Teach me how to know you as my personal friend and savior. Jesus, I love you. Amen.
